The Rise and Fall and Rise Again: Eliot Spitzer rebounds with CNN June 24, 2010

Eliot Spitzer, the New York governor who resigned after getting caught up in a prostitution sting, is getting his own prime time news show with CNN. Spitzer, who will co-host with The Washington Post‘s Kathleen Parker, is being rewarded for his punditry skills and masterful knowledge of politics, and repairing his reputation along the way. The Economist is already calling Spitzer a remade man, noting that this one-time Time magazine “Crusader of the Year” has followed Ted Kennedy in redeeming himself by becoming an international statesman.
